alright i have a JBL LC-A304 amp and i was wanting to get two pairs of the pioneer TS-C520PRS. Would this amp work well for these speakers or should i just get the pioneer TS-C720PRS and cut bigger holes in my doors and buy a new amp? Or will my jbl and the TS-C520PRS work just fine? and its not worth going through the trouble and the money of buying a new amp and cutting bigger speaker holes in my doors?

just get the 720prs, way better.

you might not even have to cut bigger holes, just make a baffle for the size of the speaker, and then it will fit in the stock location.
