Help making a box

i am ordering an 18in Fiaudio bl this week

i think i can fit a 16 cubic feet box in the back of my blazer but i need help with finding the perfect port size and making sure it is tuned to 32.5 hz (i am guessing that is best)

help?
ideas?

hahahahaha 16cu???? I hope your not actually planning on making somthing that big... and tuning it that low.. that sub will crap all over u. You can send FI a email they will tell you. but you should be good at about 5-6cu or if you want you can go a little bigger but deff not 16cu which would cost you your backseats to if it wasnt a wall.. and your box is huging both the back of the seats and the rear hatch. (just had a 99 blazer with 2 dd9515's in a 12cu box) them bishs were banginn

From Fi's Forum..

BL 18 -- Ported box we recommend using 5-10 cubic feet @ 30-37Hz tuning, you can tune a little higher if you wish but we recommend keeping it close to 32hz for a daily driver. 12-16 square inches of port volume applies per cubic foot of volume.
