SI is making some room for their new line of subwoofers. In the meantime we are trying to clear out all remaining inventory. The 12" Bm's are all that is left. So if anyone is looking to pick up a great driver for cheap, now is the time to do it. Price is $170 shipped and all can be ordered right off of Low-Hz.

http://www.low-hz.com/commerce/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=23_24&products_id= 37

Shipping is ONLY free to the continental US.

This is a one time only price, and as soon as they are all sold that's it.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact us.

Their SQ is right up there with the mags. The only difference is they have slightly less output. 2 12" Bm's will meter in the 140's on a TL with sufficient power, so although they aren't as loud as the mags, they still hit very hard. The only reason the price is SO low, is just because they are trying to get rid of them to make room for new drivers.

damn im really thinkin about pickin two of these up, i was debatin between 2 10" ss rl-i's or three 10" diamond d3's but i have a feeling that the bm's will be arguably as clean as the rl-i's......they're all d4 ohm right? and two would be perfect on a nine1 if im not mistaken?

2 12" Bm's would be PERFECT for a nine.1, and they are d4 subs.

And they sound very clean, even in ported enclosures.

And to answer your question, yes the Bm's will be arguably as clean as either of the other two drivers you mentioned.

These are unbeilivable subs for the price. I have 2 12 BMs with a NINe.1 pushing them. Have not had them metered, but they get very loud.

Thanks for your thoughts. They normally sell for $280 each, but until these last 40 or so 12's are sold $170 will be the going price. Nobody can go wrong with these for $170 shipped.

Sorry about that. We didn't have any advanced notice on this one. I just talked with SI today, and they said $170 shipped until they are gone.

People are always surprised with the output on the Bm's. People expect them not to get that loud for some reason, but ported with 1200-1500rms they are hitting in the low-mid 140's which is VERY loud on music.

how efficient are they off lower than RMS power

Plenty of people run these subs with less than rms power. For awhile either the owner of SI or Sundown I forget which, was running a pair off of a SAX-100.4. Just like the mags were, these drivers ARE very efficient. I had my mags running at 400rms each and they were rediculous.

And cal, as long as it's sending a clean signal, 750rms is fine. Plenty of people run them with 800rms daily, and as long as the box is built to specs, and the amp isn't sending a clipped signal there won't be any problems at all.

birthsheets for 750.1's actually read 900 rms....is that too much....

sorry to keep asking questions but i might be down for 3 or 4

LOL, no problem.

I know people have run them at that, but you have to be careful. He would probably be fine doing it, unless he cranked it up ALL the way for extended periods of time. But if I had that amp I would just set the gain to give it about 700rms, and not have to worry at all about damaging the sub.

I am waiting for someone who goes to a lot of shows, to just pick up $10 of them and sell them for $300 each locally. I know if people heard one, plenty of local people would pay $300-400 each for them.

Great oppurtunity for someone to make a lot of money.

No way will the price drop lower. We have sold about 10 already, and they just need to be cleared out in the next two months. Right now it's looking like they will be gone in 2-3 weeks tops.

Yeah, it stands for baby mag. People are always surprised how closely the Bm's do compare to the mags. For the price they are actually a better deal overall. And that's at their normal price I am talking. At this price it's an amazing deal.
