Silver Member Username: MendonmafiaUSA Post Number: 371 Registered: Aug-06 | but if my amp is only stable to 2 ohms and i have a 1 ohm load can i use a 1 ohm resistor in the circuit to increase the resistance or will this have no effect. i plan on running 2 id8d4's in my rear shelf off of a 400 rms @2ohm amp but the dual 4 ohm coils only allow me to run at either 16, 4 or 1 ohm |

Silver Member Username: BigharvPost Number: 280 Registered: Jun-07 | don't take my word for it, but that should work. a subwoofer is pretty much like a giant resistor so as long as you wire it correctly i think that should work. oh and i got my RSD components in, still havent installed them yet, but they look nice |
