Ways to fix a dented cone???

buddy has a dent in one of his cones...it doesn't affect the sound quality as far as i can tell it more of an ascetic thing...any ideas on how to pop it back out??

take it off pop it out then glue it back...

suction......... or stick something sticky on it and pull it out...

depends how big of a dent it is, what type of material the cone is etc. take a pic and we might be able to help more.

none of those worked for me. justin change your name, I'm the only Justin on the forum since jogle left.

Does your sub have a hole in the back?

If so, take a wooden dowel and put that in the hole and very gently push the dent out. Or use an air compressor and shoot a small amount of air into the back to pop the sucker back out.

i take no blame, but i have used hot glue for a real tight grab to pull it out.
