nice blaine....I alsowondered how well the video they have about using nails with a gun would hold up after everything was sealed.....I guess well since they send thier boxes out that way

Why? Its true. There are some people that dont use screws at all and just clamp the boards together and wait for the glue to dry and it is just as strong as a box that was screwed together.

Steinke is right... the glue makes the joint stronger than the wood itself. Ever tried to bust a properly glued box apart? If you could clamp it tight enough you wouldn't need screws or nails at all. So yes, a nail gun is fine to use.
