Make sure its 1,200 rms and you should be fine.......

Just to let you know if you buy a sub for $40, you get a $40 sub......

yes you should be fine because chances are the 1200 wattage of the amp is its peak power... NOT THE RMS which is what the amp will usually put out, this also applies to your sub as well tho... the 1200 watt sub is it MAX not the RMS, (what the sub usually puts out!!!!)
