Sunday, July 29, 2007 - 00:21 GMT yes you should be fine because chances are the 1200 wattage of the amp is its peak power... NOT THE RMS which is what the amp will usually put out, this also applies to your sub as well tho... the 1200 watt sub is it MAX not the RMS, (what the sub usually puts out!!!!)
