Anyone feel like designing a ported box for me?

i got most of it how i want it I'm just not sure how to space the ports and how long they should be etc.... looking for it to be 15 In Height , 16 in. width and within 20 in depth on 1 side the other around 16 in the reason because the face of it where the sub we'll be we'll be at a 65 degree angle...

Here's a pic to explain. Any help would be greatly appreciated
