I have enough jitter that I will beat the fck out of anyone looking at me sideways, really not good, lol. I lost a good amount of weight and have changed my diet because the pills force you to or you will be on the can all day. Now get this, there is sooo much caffein and vitamins that they are good for a short burst of energy but they make you crash and hard! I take my pills but try to stay away from the RedBull...Polo. Lack of energy is usually an indicator of problems in your diet and/or sleep schedule. I take a multi-vitamin daily and i'm rarely tired except of course at night when i'm gettin ready to go to sleep. If you want some extra energy eat some fruit or something. Fruit has natural, unrefined sugar and B vitamins too. I heard somewhere(can't remember) that eating an apple in the morning will have the equivalent effect to drinking 1 cup of coffee. |

I also slept a lot better at night. Now I have cut down to one soda a day sometimes none and drinking a lot of water. I also have lost like 15 pounds and I have only been doing this since the start of June. |
