Well im looking at getting a 1000-1200 watt amp for a couple type R 12's....

I was looking at the Ed Nine.1 and I read a bunch of good things about it, but recently ive been reading alot of bad things about it so im kind of weary about buying one.

Any other suggestions? I want a NEW amp... I would like a warranty and I dont really want to spend more than $350-$400.

Thanks!

I just want something I can hook up and not worry about it crapping out or over heating... Any personal suggestions?

Its just going to be a daily amp, no competitions or anything.

What are the bad things that you have read about the 9.1?

Its been mixed opinions I guess.... Ive read that they are very unefficient, that many people have had them crap out (even though it does come with a 5 year warranty), and things like that. But then again thats just what I have read... Ive never had any experience with them personally.

Ok...not too sure where they get that from, amp is very efficient. If you set your gain correct, the amp will do a great job on your R's
