Looks good are you gonna carpet or paint the box? Or you just gonna leave it how it is?

When I get bored of them i'll be putting them in my home theater and getting 2 completely different subs. They are loud (enough for me) and sound good at the same time so i'm really happy with them. These were great for me as a learning experience so now I can use everything I learned for my next build. I love that phoenix gold amp, I just need to take my time to properly set my gain, I just did it by ear.

nice, one thing i would of did different tho, subs up, port back. ussualy louder in SUV's

"you ran the power wire next to the rcas....."
I think this only applies to really low end amps ive never heard ANYTHING even after wrapping my rca's around my power wires all the way to the amp to keep it in 1 main wire until it hit the amp where it split to each side to be plugged in. The only way i aws ever able to get this fact to be true is with components on class a\b amps. Some did it others didnt. Kenwood 2ch. amp i had did, earthquake 4ch i had didnt make noise

Nice job man. Those subs served their purpose well. If they sound as decent as you say then that's a smart $25 investment.

yeah i got my one 12ehqs installed today. the box is a little to big. ill be making a new box tomorrow 2cf @ 30hz and 2.2cf @ 35hz the box i have now isn't made for my hatch and the port is facing the side of the car in the back seat. but it still hits decent and the sq is amazing for 25bucks.
