Gold Member Username: Tremor1127Team Fi Car Audio [:-] Post Number: 1949 Registered: Aug-06 | and the epic-160 has a voltage meter and db meter. db meter isnt accurite but it is consistant. meaning if you get a 3db gain on it, you really got a 3db gain probably. BUT if it says 147 it may really be 141 or 145 or 183 or whatever. but it will say 147 OVER AND OVER AND OVER, its consistant. |

Gold Member Username: Tremor1127Team Fi Car Audio [:-] Post Number: 1996 Registered: Aug-06 | i think it acts like a line driver so im sure you can clip your amps/subs using it. i dont think you will notice anything signal related unless you are just clipping your subs. it doesnt make every song sound better. but alot it will, especially rock. it will also reveal almost non existant bass lines in songs. theres bad @$$ bass lines in songs that people never hear unless they use something like this. |
