what voice coil combo would you need to reach a 2 ohm load with 3 l7's?

dual 4's, but your going to get a 2.67 ohm load, not a 2ohm load. So I would stay away from 3 subwoofers and just go with 2.

can't you just wire the 2 dual 4 ohm ones down to one. then wire the dual 2 down to 1 and then wire the 2 one ohm loads up to 2.... i think

no. Wire all subs in series, 8 8 4. Then wire them in parallel. the two 8's become 4 then 4 and 4 become a 2ohm load. But I hope you realize your going to send 1 subwoofer more power than the other two.......its just retarded. Seriously, just do "2". or power each sub with their own amplifier.

"Do as you wish.........." yeah keith that was a descriptive answer... it made sense, it all came down to 2 ohm's. i didnt know one would get more power. had ANYONE said that in the first place i woulda dropped it. and the other answer came down to like 2.667 ohms or something like that. i just thought since mtx had those premade boxes with 3 7500's in them that it was possible.
