What all would i need if i were going to run a second battery of the same kind. and how would i do it.

run a wire from the pos on the starter battery to the pos on the other battery.

then either chassis ground the other battery like your starter battery. OR run a length of wire from the negative on the starter battery to the other battery. that would actually be better but not by much if you use good size wire/make good ground connections/arent an idiot :-)

eh..not really, unless u have enough for a couple runs..

look for some o guage and dont deal with it ever again.

also how much power are you running from ur amp(s)

Well if i get a new system its probably going to be a 15" MAW with kicker zx400.1. I just want to run another battery to be on the safe side. i dont think i should have to though.

^^ or maybe not the kicker only does 200w at 4 ohms and i have to wire the maw to 4ohms

Extra batteries will only help you when then engine is off (alternator not charging). Are you gonna be competing with this or somethin?
