In my opinion, elemental designs has gotten much better with there warranty issues. I know in the past people have complained that ED was too picky on what happened and many times would not fix there amps free of charge.
Last friday I sent in a NINe.1 that I blew and they have already replied back...
"Hello jake,
I had a chance to check out your Nine.1 today. We have deemed it a warranty issue and will be repairing it at no cost for you. Please allow us time to repair it and I will recontact you when it is shipping back out with tracking info. Thanks for your patience! Aaron Funk Elemental Designs 641.792.2501"
but it can't beat the warranty of memphis. if you buy it from a dealer and it blows on you, they will replace it or fix it without any questions asked. also they take care of it within a couple of days after they receive the amp.
