previously I owned a 2002 sebring lxi hard top...I had a top of the line pioneer Head unit which I still have and love...I also had a SPL 1000w amp and a 12" AudioPipe Subwolfer...both were good but I sold them

I wrecked my car

now I have an 06 chrystler sebring limited which is convertable...I want bass...but I have a small trunk...and I need a lot of room in it...I travel alot...so the only advice I've been givin was to buy two 10" sledgehammers and the amps to push them...that's a little bit more than I wish to spend...so Somebody suggested Sony xplodes (flats) but I hear those suck...so I need a system I can here while driving 80 with the top down preferably under 800 dollars..some advice would be nice...

Do you already have an aftermarket head unit? Also will you be able to build your own box or will you need to have one made for you? Does that 800 include the wiring needed for hooking up the amps/subs and a box?? And about how much space do you have to sacrifice??

What fucking morons recommended sledgehammers and xplod's? Buy two Audioque 2.5 10's for $308 shipped and then get a Memphis PRD1000.1 and then spend the rest on a quality homemade box.

Oh I didn't see the part where he wanted to save some of his trunk. Sean's idea of one TC2000 in a small sealed box is prolly the way to go in that case. The Memphis amp would work nicely on that sub too.

yea I have the hu...I need the Box, the subs (preferably two tens"), and the amp for under 800, 900 maxmy trunk is about half the size of a normal trunk do to the top needing a place to go...and I don't want more than half of that gone...so a system that can fit into a quarter of a normal trunk would be good...

I'm sorry...I wasn't specific...my trunk is just about as long as a normal trunk...and just as wide...but not quite as tall...it is about four inches shorter than a normal trunk on the x axis...normal on the y and slighty shorter on the z with like a nook in there

I tried to take a picture but the cell phone sucks at night pics...(black car) and my camera is dead...:-(
