I hear you increase mileage by adding 2-3 ounces of pure acetone to every 10 gallons of gas. Any downside or reasons not to do so?

ALOT OF PEOPLE AND GOOD STUDIES SAYS THAT BUT I NEVER DONE THAT WHAT I DO IS THE SEAFOAM TREAT MEANT THAT SHYT TAKES ALOT OF CARBON BUILDUP AWAY FROM YOUR ENGINE YOU EVEN SEE IT WORKING...

I SAY DONT DO IT AND USE SEAFOAM INSTEAD... LIKE ACETONE I DONT KNOW DUDE THAT MIGHT FU9CK UP YOUR O RINGS OR SOMETHING FRAGILE IN THE ENGINE

Ive read reports where they have soaked parts such as o rings in gas/acetone mixtures without a problem. And the mixture of acetone added in relation to the amount of gasoline was ~200x larger than quantities you would actually put it your car.
Is it true? eh, who knows..
