I have two alpine type r 12" speakers at 500 watt RMS and 1500 max. I have a boss class D monoblock 1500 watt amp bridged to power the subs. It hits really hard, but I was just wondering if pushing 1500 watts to both subs was too much power. I would appreciate any help you guys could provide. Thanks.
