I have what I thought was 1/0 ga but is probably more like 2ga power wire in legnths of 17'. Don't know if it helps ya. I'll sell it at $1.25/ft + shipping, or the whole kit at cost ($30) plus shipping.
I'm taking these up to the mart this weekend to move them.
rob hit up ur local hardware store, and get some solid copper ones in the "Welding Supply" section. I checkd it out and got 4 2/0ga. Rings for only $5...thought that was a good deal.
i have kolossus and klm then i ordered another klm cable since its alot better for the price than the kolossus the only thing that is an advantage on kolossus than the klm is full cooper and the klm is aluminum and cooper but in this high power wires that doesnt matter
still doesnt fit so if any one of you have some 0 gauge ring terminals hit me up
if you have a welding supply company, battery company, or just large electrical company you should be able to get terminals at least up to 2/0 in a small variety of styles and materials...
most hardware stores have up to 2/0 terminals also but those will probably only be the copper ones.
too bad i hate that style terminal rings, i can make them in any size i need...
I actually measured the wire inside the jacket and came up with the thickness required for 1/0 gage. Canaan got the same kit and swore it's more like 2ga. I can't/won't argue lol. I do have some 2ga I used as part of my solar setup left over and it's pretty close in comparison.
And Rob, the terminals are part of each set. Unless I break apart a kit, I don't have any loose ones. I'm taking the wire to the mart this Saturday so we'll see what I come back with.
Bottom line if it's 2ga it's 2ga and is still worth something. I won't push to sell something that it isn't.
