Viper alarm, anyone got the manual?

On the remote its got: FCC ID:EZSDEI471 If anyone could direct me to a link to a manual for this viper alarm, it would be a big help. And is there a way to make it silent without turning the alarm system off? I'm getting sick of hearing "Viper Armed", "Viper Disarmed". Let me know if u need more info -addz
