Silver Member Username: RidinspinnasCayuga, Ontario Canada Post Number: 115 Registered: May-06 | hey guys i am buying an amp tonite for my 18" eclipse titanium pro subwoofer that is 3000 watts rms 5000 peak and quad 1 ohm voice coil i can either buy a massive audio p3000.1 amp for around 800, or i can buy two p1000.1 amps for 500, the p3000.1 says it only goes down to 2 ohm at 3000 watts rms i need something that will go down to 1 ohm im guessing since i have quad 1 ohm voice coils, the p1000.1s go down to 1 ohm and i can get two for way cheaper will i be ok with the 2 p1000.1's or do you think the 3000.1 @ 2ohm be the right configuration, what ohms can i use with my quad voice coil 1 ohm eclipse? thanks please respond asap!! |
