Alright so I turn my car on about 10 minutes ago, and all i hear is a loud pop. I thought it was leaving my music on too loud or something so i go to turn it down...but the volume is only at 4. So then i pull out of my driveway and i hear ANOTHER pop. I turn the car off to go check on my amps because the music wasnt working, and my speaker amp is smoking. It smells like somethings burning and im pissed. Now i didnt even install this amp. It was just for my speakers and i had an audio shop install them. my other amp, that i installed is fine, and the subs still work perfectly. Of course thats the part that i installed....damn audio shop.

First off...what happend?
Second... Why didnt the fuse catch the surge of power?
Third...what the hell do i do now?

You can go back to the install shop and make them explain why the amp blew.
It could be that the installer didn't set the gain/level correctly, a short in speaker wires, or sometimes, just a bad amp.
Since you paid for the install, don't touch it. Or else they'll blame you.
One other thing, take pictures of everything, including the dials on the amp.

The first thing you can do is contact the shop that installed it.If it's a good shop they'll take a quick look at it and determine the source of the problem and set you up right.

The only thing i did was take the remote turn on wire and splice it and use that surge to power on my other amp...that wouldnt have anything to do with it would it?

Please say no:-)
