i am not talking about shipping rob. i need to pay them to finalize the order. all they have to do is calculate the shipping and email me. they can ship next week for all i care. like i said, i just want to pay them to finalize the order.

when you order a sub from them, it says the order has been submitted. then it tells you an email will be sent shortly with the grand total and payment info. they don't take your money on the spot. you have to wait for their final invoice to make the payment.

Sounds like a drug deal. People are lining up to give money away.

why can't the ordering be easy like the fi site. you click on what you want and you pay for it. then wait for the sub.

this place seems like they do a credit check first before selling you the sub or something. lol.

People forget easily that many of these internet companies, such as Sound Splinter, Stereo Integrity, Sundown, ZED, and SSA, are manned or run by one or two people max. All of whom have regular full time jobs because car audio does not pay very well, especially when you are a small company.

Mike of SoundSplinter is one of the best in the business in customer service. If you sent him the order/email he will take care of it quickly and professionally.

Chad, we have dealt extensively with SoundSplinter, Mike has always been top notch. Give him a chance, I am sure he will get your shipping rate too you. Sound Splinter subs are not light by any means, just a heads up.

Chad, its ok, I was not giving you crap. Just was trying to explain that SS consists of Mike G. only. And yes, he is located in SoCal. But I admit I am jealous of your buy. The RL-s is a serious woofer and should not be taken lightly, it has some unreal linear movement. If you have the power, try to get it in a larger sealed box and let it rip.
