I would definitely choose the JVC, panasonic is not really as good as JVC or pioneer, and that pioneer has crappy preamp voltage (2.2 volts it says).

whats wrong with panasoni i use to have a Pioneer head unit that use to skip like crazy it was their higher end models not a Premier but high end and now i replaced it with a Panasonic that is in the same price range and the sound quality is way better and it hasn't skipped since and my system is a lot louder than when i had the pioneer well thats just my experience

I would save up more money and buy something that will satisfy you in the longer run. But if your set on that, then the Pioneer or JVC.
