I just swapped out my 9312 for a 9412, the 9412 has SOO many more features that the 9312 doesn't, nav capable, dual zones, horizontally tilting screen and a MUCH better sound processor and equalizer just to name a few. Thats what id go with. And who ever said this thing isnt loud with 12's doesn't know how to wire a system, mine absolutely pounds. The only downfall is that the 543210 bypass code for the brake override on the 9312 doesn't work on the 9412 so you have to wire in a switch for the DVD player to work, other than that its awesome.
I wouldnt hold back on it just because the code isint out yet, i would just pick one up and wire up a temporary "switch" until someone finds a code for the 9412
