alright my dads kenwood head unit shut off going down the road(no power), so i checked the fuse on the side of his dash, and it was blown, so tried a new fuse and as soon as i turned the ignition on it popped again, i tried another fuse and it did the same thing.

so is it wires touching somewhere or do u think its messed up its a few yrs old, what could kep popping fuses?

thanks, nick

First unplug the HU and see if the fuse still blows. You might go buy a large box of fuses to get you through this.
If the fuse still blows you need to find out what else is powered off this fuse. Tell me the year, make, model and I can look in my wiring diagrams to see what all is running on that fuse.
