First build for a member here on ecoustics. This is a pretty straight forward slot ported 1.5 cube @ 35 hz. It is designed for a 10" Alpine Type R.
I will update pics as the build progresses. Just started this one today. Did all I could today, now I have to wait on the paint to dry. A lot of you guys may not be familiar with my build technique, so feel free to ask any questions.

Onto the pics....

do you cut the wood like that yourself to fit in grooves. I'm guessing you do that yourself, what do you use to do that?

Yea I cut it myself. The groove is cut with a 3/8" straight cut bit in a router table, and the rabbeted edge is done with a 3/8" rabbet bit in a router table. You will see why I do this later in the build. There is also some info about it on my site if your interested. www.fishercustoms.com

Yes it will be getting carpeted. Prices are on my site ;)
I marked out the dimensions because I felt it was fair to Mike. He paid for his design, so I felt it wasnt fair to him for others to use it as well.

Thanks mike. Should be going out Tuesday morning. Ill be sure to send you tracking info when I get it all packaged up.

D@mn I really wish I had the space your shop has Fisher. That is the key to happiness. Love what you do and getting paid for it. Mind me asking if this is a hobby or does it pay the bills?

Thansk Paul. Yea the room in the shop is pretty nice. To answer your question, its kind of the best of both worlds. Its a hobby that helps pay the bills. LOL. But seriously, maybe someday it will take off. I sure would enjoy being able to do it full time.

Mike Ill have tracking info for you tomorrow. It will be shipping out in the morning. For the binding posts, I drilled the holes, but due to possible damage during shipping, I do not install them. If you have any questions on them, feel free to contact me.
Thanks again buddy.

Depends on NET volume. But to give an idea, 4 cubes runs $200 shipped with carpet.
