Wood glue

ok im building my box today and i need to know if wood glue would be fine to use without any screws. would it be strong enough on its own? if so im just going to clamp my box

any wood glue will work pretty much. even the elmers wood glue is good. there is gorilla glue as well.

you will want to use screws. i use 1 5/8" coarse drywall screws and a 5/64" bit to predrill the holes.

it sounds like alot but if the pieces are cut it only takes me about 1 hour to put the whole box together.

i predrill every hole on the piece im working with, countersink each hole a little, start each screw with my hand, put glue on the box where the piece is going, set it there and run the end or corner screws down then just run down the rest, one after another in no pirticular order.

the glue really doesnt matter, i say just dont get the cheapest glue there...
