i would buy autotek mm1000.1 if you want to stick with the brand. If not, then grab memphis prd 1000.1

so the 1000 watt should be good enough for the two subs? also im doing this with 4 gauge and a 1/2 farad cap do i need to upgrade or would this setup still work

4 gauge is just barely enough, but should work..... and caps are useless, don't bother with that.

why are capacitors useless? Don't they hold extra juice so your battery doesnt die?

lol no. A capacitor holds a VERY small amount of energy. They are marketed to noobs who think it will stop their lights from dimming (voltage drop) when they in fact do nothing to help your electrical system.

i was thinking between 200 and 275 but lower would be better
so if not the caps will this take to much energy from my cars charging system?

maybe a hifonics bxi1606d or look around for a kx1200.1 used or refurb. basically you'll want no less then 1000watts RMS for those subs at 1ohm.

ebay is your friend.
