I would say no. If your fine with running the type r's at 950rms then go for it. Just make sure you pick the right impedance to get 950rms at w/e ohm that amp puts that power at.

if the amp does 950w @ 2ohm, get a pair of dual 2ohm vc subs.

if the amp does 950w @ 1ohm, get a pair of dual 4ohm vc subs.

he'd then be under-powering the 12's, if ur going to just get on rf amp, i'd go with 1 15"

HEy im sorrry but im still kinda confused.i tink i was not clear i want 2 12's and on the R.F. box it says 750 max power. 60 rms watts per channel @ 4 ohms. and 250 total rms watts @ 2 ohms.BUT in the certifacte it says 97 rms watts per channel @ 4 ohms and 318 total rms watts @ 2 ohms..so what should i get the 12's 2 ohms or 4 ohms

If you use that amp set the gain on the amp to the volts on your head unit. But if it were me I would get a bigger amp for those subs. Something that pushes 500watts RMS to each sub. OH YEAH THE GAIN IS NOT A VOLUME NOB.
