What up ecoustics, sorry i havnt got on sooner to tell bout me getting my q's, they slam!!! But when i try to wire one of them down to 1 ohm load it doesnt even turn on, it only works when i run each vc, like only the left, or only the right. Does anyone know whats up?? Thanx.
stick a DMM on each vc and see if you got the same resistance.. if you dont one VC is messed up but i doubt it coming str8 from the factory, they test them im pretty sure.
Does the amp go into protection when they the sub you think is bad is hooked up to the amp (while both VC;s are wired?) It sounds like you have a OPEN VC meaning its not a closed circuit... the best way to be sure tho is to get a DMM and test resistance on each VC.
