built a 3.5 cuft, aero ported box for it... tuned @ 35hz... sounds GREAT... finally learned quality>budget... def worth it to save up for quality then budget... all though i think my sound meter is trash cuz it said i was hitting 120 b4... with 2 12 p3s, now its sayins 121... theres no way this is only 121db so i think this meter is trash...i could post some pics if wanted... but i dont have a camera for vids =(

LOL yeah i realy doubt that u only did 121 LOL but damn thats big LOL for that sub... saying its an sq sub but i burnt my first Mb sub up n a freind broke one and i have one more sitting in my garage.... Well i might just be stupid an put my mb sub in my 5 cube box

Sounds like a nice setup. Ive heard that the MB Quart subs have great sound quality but they dont get all that loud. I know they make great amps,well they used to,i think they went down the sh*tter since they sold out at least thats what ive been hearing. Pics would be nice

oh shoot i mean t that enclousre is big for that sub LOL woops..... YEah realy i dont lke there subs anymore unless its a 10 so i can run them in tha doors or sumthin amps on point i love havin a clip light on my amp help alot with my stuppid self LOL but use a real meter man n let us know wut ur doin

really u think that box is too big???? should i throw some box stuffing in there? the reccomended sealed is 1.5 cuft i think... wat u think i shuld do? wat wuld be the sound difference.... uploading pics now.

thats the box... the hold is jacked cuz i just cut that out the get the pvc pipe in and sealed.. i dint have the cut out for the sub so i just did that until i actually got the sub... box looks a lil sloppy just got some caulkin on the outside its off now.

i couldnt find a reccomended sealed box for this sub... thats why i made it so big... i guess i just estimated like a dummy... but u can always take cuft away u cant add....

my mistake its actually 3 cuft @ 35hz... not 3.5, still too big? how much stuffing?
