For the people who dont have access to credit cards and such to order stuff online, i dont kno why i never thought of it before.... but some banks offer VISA gift cards, they act just like a Visa but are gift cards.. you can buy them and use them to order the stuff online. I know TCF Bank offers it im sure others do to..
i think you can use them, but still why dont you open a debit/check account they are free and you can use them to buy stuff in the internet, btw the prepaid visa cards, have reaaly shitty fees
They have a Western Union Prepaid MasterCard now which would work but like why said the fees are ridiculous. Money Orders are probably your best bet since the only extra time it takes is sending it to them. Once they get it, it will be just as fast as if you used a card.
