unreal... it doesnt come close to being able to fit. I made the box way too big, but good news, I found a buyer for this box, but that just means im stuck with the old 47HZ box for now.. All that work for $80.00. =/ Disappointing..

Anyways, my amp came today, the kx1200.1 and its hooked up and sounds really good actually in my old box. Does anyone know some good plans for a box that can be no bigger than 16" deep. (mono/dual chamber; mono/dual port?) What it can be tuned to? It CANT be any deeper than 16" and any larger than 36" Wide. PLEASE HELP! =(

Oh man...well I guess you're going the hard way - learning from your own mistakes rather than others lol.

BTW...have you tried going in thru the back seats or do they not fold down.

Hey, remove your back seat completely, measure the height just below the deck lid plus the width between the strut towers, depth can be like 25". If you have the height+ width inside then it will fit. Make a stick or piece of 2x4, one that is 36" long and one that is equal to the height under your deck lid, most 17 or 18". There is some metal behind the seat cusion you will need to remove and you will use these sticks as a template, if they don't fit in/out straight neither will the box. Polo.. :-)

removal of the backseats are out of the question. If you saw my backend, you would know why =/

But... does anyone know of box dimensions that would include a depth of 16'?

If you are going to do this might as well do it right! Why stick a 12 when you can get a 15 in there? Sh!t if you are going the lazy route then why not put a pair of Sony Xplode 10's in there, lol ...Polo..

Yeah you were right. I went back and checked it out it was 47 hz for some reason I was remembering 57 from when I calculated it.
