I have the pioneer P9 combo, with the DSP used for time alignment, EQing, and crossover.
works great.

i use a rockford fosgate 360.2 .. for time alignment, crossovers, 38 band EQ (for each speaker) as wells as sub woofer infrasonic filter and low pass..

id do the 360.2 before the pioneer. but either way they are both sick
