Need quick help...

I was thinking about buying a used 12" assassin to replace it and i was wondering if there would be any improvment and if so how much... Also it will be getting 500rms and will be in a 3ft^3 box after sub and vent displacment.

EVERYTHING I have heard has been positive and without a doubt some of the best SQ out there.
