I think they would be a bit better then the alpine. I have a 12" SD2 as a home sub and its nice but more of an SQ woofer. If you dont mind spending a little more you can get 2 12" SD2.5's for 320 shipped. Thats what i have and they are a very nice SQL sub. They get very loud and still have good sound quality. So like i said if you dont mind spending 320 ide get the SD2.5's otherwise the SD2. |
