I have a 260/155 and my voltage drops with only 2000rms @ idle (don't ask why). Although on cruise my voltage does not drop. That extra 20amps your getting by sacraficing 40amps at drive will be good for when you want to bump at stops etc etc. |

He sent it with a newer casing style that didnt fit my vehicle right. So I called and he called back the next day. Sent the alt back to him and had it back the next week. It always takes about 2 days for him to respond to email. The couple of times I did call, I got the answering service. My voltage sits at exactly 14.4 at idle. My idle is low...1k rpm's. The alt is great. It took alot longer than I expected but overall I am happy with the product. I have heard from a couple of people on different forums that have an iraggi alt and they said that the amperage was higher than rated. I'll let you guys know if that is true, if I ever get mine tested. |
