Generated a channel using pieces of MDF and sat the plexi on that. Screwed it in tight and used plexi adhesive with an aluminium channel around the perimeter. It's not going anywhere.

Oh snap Chad! I have a Wanger's club sticker without a home. That window of mine is perfect for it, except my sub is 18" Oh well, it was an awesome idea in the making.

Cheap too Chad. If it doesn't look right it's easy enough to just pull it off. Will have to try that.

Predrill and countersink your screw holes. Take your time and use adhesive. There's less pressure on the walls if it's a vented box. The aluminium channel I used was just an added feature. It's simpler to just attach the plexi to the rear but you see that all the time. I wanted to be different. I also wanted to be able to easily remove the window if I had to.

Once again I must say that Paul did an awesome job on that box.... even Scott Atwell himself was very impressed.

Paul FTW.

Thanks man. You'd think he would send me a free t-shirt or something. But nooooo, I have to post on his forum to get one.......

Which reminds me, I have yet to do that.

Seriously Scott, can I have one?
