i used the voltage calculator over at realm of excursion and it gave me 34.6v. so i get the 50hz tone and turn everything off and the sub all the way up. then go to volume 30 out of 40 and use my dmm to get the correct voltage and i turned the gain to a little over half way and got the 34.6v. now my sub is not loud at all. the amp im using for a while is only at 300rms but its just not loud and i dont know what else to look at... help?
