If you do that then your subs will only be getting 175wrms, and thats if your amp puts out its stated power. I would just use 2 of your subs in a ported box at 1ohm then they will be gettin 450 each. Save up and get another amp that will do about 1600-2000 wrms at 1ohm then use all 4. |

Like twiztid said save up and get an amp that does 2000rms not 2000max. When looking at amps, sub or speaker alway look at the RMS not the peak or max. |

Silver Member Username: Joebruce15 Inch Wang... Post Number: 692 Registered: May-04 | Well first off you cant wire 2 dual 4ohm subs to 2ohms. So you have all 4 hooked up to the same amp? Youve got them all wired wrong if 2 are wired one way and the other 2 are wired a different way. The only way to wire all 4 of your subs to your amp is to a 2ohm or 8ohm load. |
