Why do dealers ONLY suggest their products?

Oh I meant on this site....

When people come on this site, they are supposed to come for help, support, and information. Dealers just come on here and don't help out, they just suggest their products to people. This is what we call spamming but I don't see why it is different.

If those dealers also help out and suggest things that would fit someones application perfectly (which might or might not be their products) that would be much better.

Ya know people like Kevin or alteraudio in the speaker section get people good deals on stuff, so it's fine with me if they want to promote their stuff. There's enough people here to make other recommendations......

Do they actually give deals over say a person who just emails them n asks for a price? If thats the case then its all good.

R's hands down. Alpine is quality and peformance all in 1 package. MTX is trash and sounds like a clogged garbage disposal. Are you thinkin about getting one or the other?

Probably not, but they sell stuff cheaper than most physical storefront dealers. And it's not like they push their stuff on people, or diss brands that they don't sell, they just post what they have and the price.

IMO, when someone asks about what to buy, it's good for them to get as many options as possible. Like I said there are plenty of people here who will speak up if somebody tries to sell something that ain't a good deal.
