Might not PULL out, but I bet if you tug hard enough, you can break the wire.

thats 10ga wire :-)

it wouldnt just break, it would pull the box apart first... at least I assume so, I'm not strong enough to do either lol.

As an experiement once I even hooked up a household light switch between the amp and sub. Guess what? No noticable sound difference. Just an observation.

i had mine sealed with silicone. and it broke out. =\ it doesn't bother me anyways i have a ported box

You're lucky the straps didn't snap on you. It has a cast frame I bet, and it mighta craked on ya.
