Pioneer 307 or Kicker CVR12?

A single woofer and an amp. First I thought of Pioneer ( bcoz other brands were not available here before) but now there are two other brands JBL and Kicker. The dealer shown a JBL woofer, dont remember the model and the kicker one CVR 12. So are these brands better than Pioneer 307 or should I stick to Pioneer? Also we are planning a 400 watt system since the car is small, I dont think its alt gonna handle too much of load

What could I do? Should I go for CVR? Because I will be installing only one sub. and anyone could provide me dimensions for BIG PORTED BOX?

I don't own the Pioneer, so can't talk about it, but CVR is an awesome budget sub and I love it. Sealed or ported box - you won't be disappointed.

They have box parameters listed there. I'd go for the biggest box you can fit in the car. Largest ported one they recommend is 2cu ft per side before all displacement.

I have previous emails to Iwill find the website from where you calculate the length of the round port.
