I got a Memphis 16-mc1000D now. rated at 1100rms @1ohm. well im looking at a Hifonics XX-Hercules. i know hifonics is a lil over rated but which amp will put out more REAL power?
That Memphis should be pushing that mojo furiously. Are you sure that you are actually seeing all of that RMS? Just the fact that you feel the need for more output with that setup tells me that there is a problem elsewhere in your system.
