Silver Member Username: DkchillinVermont Post Number: 441 Registered: Mar-05 | I would think it SHOULD be compatible with at least the IVA-W200 since it has the iPod full speed input but everything I've read says you have to use the KCA-100BT instead. You may want to try and get in touch with Alpine or maybe even Crutchfield.com and see what they have to say about it. |

New member Username: JgarciaenvistacorpcomPost Number: 2 Registered: Apr-07 | I talked to Crutchfield and actually had a 300BT shipped to me. I installed it, but had no luck. The 300BT has a pass-through for the iPod. The iPod worked fine hooked up through it but there was no sign of the 300BT. The set up describes a BlueTooth menu in the system setup. So I am assuming that there are software changes in the W205 that enable this. I will try to contact Alpine next but I am not getting my hopes up. |

I can't imagine it would have taken that much tweaking. Sorry it didn't work for you but I've heard good things about the KCA-100BT. |
