You flip the top subs out of phase so they move with the bottom subs. I did this so i could cut my box size in half and so I would get a better line curve for low bass. You guys should hear from 30-35hz with this box, its unreal. |

Gold Member Username: JakeyplaysbassSt. Louis, MO Post Number: 1689 Registered: Jul-05 | Its much more complicated to make than just a normal box, but it wasnt too bad. the hardest part was making sure that the subs wouldnt touch eachother on full excursion...that would have been a bad thing. i havent really turned them up much yet because i dont have the EQ in, i have the gain on 3/8ths and the bass boost on 0 and its still very loud. so far i like it more than the last box because it kills on the low notes, and it saved alot of room. |
