i am just installing my new sub and i need to install my rca cables and my on off cable. in order to do this i need to remove my head unit... but i dont know how and my manual says i need to use a key release.. only problem is i dont have any my car came with the deck but not these things.. can ne body help me out.. im getting pissed and its getting dark out..
just stick a butter knife in the side and pull at it, if that dosent work you can buy a key set at walmart for 2$ or make some out of coat hangers. (shaped like a u) and stick them in each side
I have a 1992 toyota corolla 4dr wagon and i need to know if i have to take the whole dash off to get to the head unit. Do i also need to take the dash off to get to the speakers as-well thaks again guys
