No its not....lol i run 1K rms soon to b 1600rms to my TSX B used to put 2500 rms to it....... its all about sending a good unclipped signal

they underate those subs alot it has a 3" VC any other 500 rms sub has like a 1.5-2" VC

Get the RE SE. You can give it all the power it wants and it sounds great.

Finally, i will buy one treo tsx 15.22 in a 4cf at 32Hz box and power it with my cadence 500rms amp at 4ohm for now and in the future i will buy a bigger mono amp to give it around 1000 clean wrms.

I hope it will much better from my previous sub (12" cvr in 2cf at 32Hz box).

yea sure, let me find it!

but, the TSX, hands down man....

I was a little too fly high 1 night, and I thought they were mtx jackhammers.......

but, I gave them 5x their rated power, no issues..
the subs blew up 2 boxes literally...
the 3rd box was too strong!

Ill try to find the link...

besides that, the numerous complaints about my system!

Killer I seen your box, looks good, get at me playa

Killer: just the new razor, but it sucks major a$s! i need something like my old sony again...

anyways, just give me a holla
same #!

Tasos: you will not be disapointed. Like Killer said it has a 3" vc, that is no joke!

When I fried mines, it died because of cooling issues! I just never let them cool down, I keept banging that night...
ON a normal day, I would bang them extremely loud, but I would also check the dust cap to see how much heat was generating!

For you, I wouldnt worry about heat, you dont have enuff power to heat them! But remember CLEAN power!

Now dont get me wrong, these subs will blow many out of the ball park, with HALF their rated RMS... they are very efficent!

When I had 500rms on them, the subs barely moved, but was devastatingly LOUD!

at 2500rms each, they made your eyes get dizzy!

If I had a DD sub I would also blow it up, with about 5x its RMS...

so yea, RMS means nothing, just about how you use the equipment....
