yea bpoth would be 12's and be ported.. i would most likely run them on a kx1200.1 amp. but i am just wondering if a bl woul dbe louder cuz if so i aint gonna wast my time on th etype r's i just heard the r's b4 and i thought holy sh.t lol, but let me know thanks
the type r's would probably be louder due to cone area...i would get the BL tho if it were me just cause everyone i know has type rs and i like to be different lol
yea.. allot of ppl have em. im just thinking 110 a piece for the subs and get a nice amp and i htink it would be pretty loud, i woudl hope so cuz i dont wana get em and then not be as loud as i wanted , i wana be satisfied and have it nice and loud .

The amp doesn't require much space unless you get a big D class or possibly a 5 or 6 channel amp.Like Ctmike said if you have room for 2 Type Rs you SHOULD,not saying for sure but you should have room for 2 BLs.12s aren't that big anyhow you should be able to fit them no problem.I've seen hundreds of cars with dual 12 set-ups,it's probably the most common install.

I'm runnin a Sony HU and kenwood 4x6 speakers temporary right now, and no bass FTL. And it's gonna be that may for another 2 months or so till I get 1500-2000 more of disposible income to finsh my system. And yeah it really bites the big one.......
More cone area... 1 to 1 things would be a little different... But Im figuring the R wouldnt like 1500W on it either (Im sure Ill get corrected on that as I have limited experience with them...)
imagine, people have 2500d's to two type R's and from what i hear they take it with np's...i'm running a bxi2006d for my 2 R's and thinkin about gettin another one. one amp per sub.
i'd be really careful putting a 2006 on each r. even though hifonics overrates there amps that's still about 1700wrms to each r. daily, i wouldn't do it.
2 Type R's would be louder then 1 BL in a good install but 1700rms each is way to much for daily on them... you need like 2 BL's for that..i just got my friends Type R 12's in today, so pretty. Im going to install them tomorrow on 1.4Krms in some temp boxes i have until we build the new one... they are like 1.5cu and 42hz i believe.. just need a new 12" cutout for them... take me 5 minutes... but that much power way to much for the R... maybe get some X's... but i dont think the SQ on those is as good as the R.. from what i hear
